Bill O'Reilly interviews Hillary Clinton

At 1am BST this morning, I tuned into the much anticipated Bill O'Reilly show. He was interviewing Hillary Clinton, and while I could not believe that she was stooping so low as to appear on his show, I couldn't look away.

Bill starts off with, "Can you believe this Reverend Wright guy? Can you believe this guy?" Of course he would open up the questionnaire with something of no importance to the Hillary voter. Classic O'Reilly.

Eventually Bill moves on to ask about more relevant issues, the first one being Oil prices. "Consumers, drivers, political officials, the oil companies, you name it. We're not acting like Americans Bill. We're not in charge, and I want to put us back in charge."

Hillary talked about taxing the oil producers, in order to relieve some of the weight of ever growing gas prices. She implied that she would take on the oil companies and fight until she got what we needed. I didn't believe a word she said, but hey, like all politicians, she sounded honest.

Bill then briefly touched on health care like it was low on the "needs dire attention" list.
"We're going to get the cost down for everyone." Hillary gave the typical presidential candidate response to that one. She did talk about opening up the way federal employees get their health care, for everyone in the country. She also said, "If you are happy with your health insurance. Keep it." OK, all 5 of those people will. I think she should have reinforced the idea of universal health care a little bit better, letting the rich keep insurance and having the lower class citizens pick up the pieces is ridiculous. I could go on and on...but she is the one running for president, not me.

Bill then mentions "income redistribution", and basically calls Hillary a Socialist, like it is a bad thing. Instead of standing up for herself, she worms out of it by asking, "Was Teddy Roosevelt a Socialist? My understanding was that he was a great American." Is she really insinuating that Socialists aren't "great Americans"? The balls on this woman! Taking from the rich and giving to the poor, is pretty much Socialism wrapped up with a pretty bow, so if that is what she is going to do, Hillary is a Socialist. Instead of being ashamed and scared of the more conservative voter(rich people), she should be proud!

Like the moron he is, Bill starts blabbering on about how under the Bush Administration, our economy has prospered. Instead of hearing the expected Stepford Wife monotonous laugh Hillary usually gives at awkward questions, she set the record straight. Hillary started listing statistics left and right, which ultimately prove that in the past 7 years, Americans have suffered great financial LOSS. That left Bill speechless on that issue, as he quickly moved on to the next.

Of course it wouldn't be a Bill O'Reilly interview without an overabundance of insults, so it came as no surprise to me, when he saved the best for last. "Obama has one over on you, since it is a personality run. You are a more polarizing personality Hillary." She never replied to the allegation and just talked around it.

The show ends with Bill exclaiming, "The only FAIR news coverage you are getting is coming from the FOX network." "Are you surprised?"

Hillary replies, "I wouldn't expect anything less!"

All in all the interview made both Bill O'Reilly and Hillary Clinton look good (suprisingly enough). One would think that Bill would have given a much more rude performance, but I guess in the presence of greatness, he backs down.
